I booked my tickets online, and it was mostly fine, though I can’t remember if the site was slow before or after I picked the seats. Either way, the page took a while to load and choosing seats felt a little clunky. It all worked in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience.

Caught a late movie at NCG, the seats did the job. I always notice theater seats more during longer movies — probably because halfway through I start thinking about random stuff like whether I should’ve gotten popcorn, but these were roomy enough and I never felt squeezed in.
Mine wasn’t perfect, though. It had a little wear, and the recline moved kind of slowly, like it needed a second to wake up. Still, I stayed comfortable the whole time, which is really what matters, so I’d definitely go back...

The movie was fine, but wow, the popcorn and drinks were just way too expensive. I ended up paying more for snacks than I did for the actual ticket, which felt ridiculous

The staff were super nice and helpful, kind of like the friendly people at my local neighborhood shop who always make you feel comfortable. It made the whole experience really pleasant...

Went to NCG last weekend the movie was fine, but the theater itself was kind of gross. The floors were sticky, the cup holders had old drink spills in them, and there was popcorn all over our row like nobody bothered to check between showings. The bathrooms weren’t much better either. The staff seemed nice enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it’s frustrating to spend the time and energy going out for a movie and then have to sit in a messy theater. They really need to clean up better between shows.

NCG is fine for catching a movie, and the tickets usually look like a good deal at first. But then you get to checkout and all the online fees start showing up, which is frustrating because the final price ends up being higher than expected. I also had to contact customer service once and got transferred around, which was irritating. It’s still cheaper than some other theaters near me, so I’ll probably keep using it here and there, but I really wish they were more upfront about the total cost.

I went to NCG mostly just for the movie, but the snacks kinda ended up being a nice surprise. The popcorn tasted fresh, not stale like I’ve had at some other theaters, and the butter actually tasted normal.
The drinks were cold, the candy selection was solid, and the line moved quicker than I expected. It’s still theater pricing, of course, but it kinda felt worth it since everything was actually good.

NCG usually has okay movie times, and I can normally find something that works, but the selection feels limited sometimes, especially during the week. It’s frustrating when there’s a movie I want to see and the only options are awkward times. The website works fine for checking what’s playing, but I do think they should be more accountable about offering better scheduling variety for people who can’t always go on weekends or late at night.

I noticed it right away and was like, nope. The screen was super blurry, and the sound was completely out of sync. Really frustrating to deal with.

I don’t know, the whole place just had a weird vibe when I walked in. On top of that, it seemed like things were being handled carelessly, which didn’t make me feel great about being there. Just not a comfortable experience overall.
